Homemade Avocado Banana Ice Cream Recipe: Serves 4

Ingredients (We recommend using only organic)

1 ripe avocado (refrigerate 4 hours before making ice cream)

1 medium banana (previously frozen)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups of grass-fed low-pasteurized whole milk or cream, or 1/2 cup of  full fat coconut milk (this makes less ice cream)

1/2 cup of maple syrup

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer to ice cream maker and churn for your machine’s recommended amount of time. Serve immediately.
